Long gone are days of black smokey eyes. Using color on your peepers will bring out other features like your skin tone, the brown in your eyes, the pink in your lips or the natural flush of your cheeks and much more. "Smoky doesn’t always mean black," says Mickey Contractor - popular Bollywood Makeup Artist. "You can do it with any color and no, it does not have to match your dress. It can be a striking contrast too — use your imagination!"says the man !
So, go wild with your imagination ! I certainly did ;)
1. Red and Black Smokey Eye Look : The red certainly brings out the brown in my eyes !
2. Leona Lewis Inspired Blue Eye Look : If its works on Leona, it should work on you ! Arnt you the diva in your hood ?
3. Nude, Brown, Black Eye Look : I dint win the contest I made this for, but the look was a sure winner for me !
4. Purple Smokey Eye Look : Who knew purple glitter could look so sexy !
5. Black and Gold Smokey Eye Look : I made this look for an article in Times of India, which eventually got published but the picture wasn't used and neither did they mention my blog's name ( apparently it would double as advertisement for my blog). I was simply referred to as "an Indian Girl" in India !
6. Silver, Gray and Black Smokey Eye Look : Arnt these what Grammy awards are made of ?
7. Bronzy Smokey Eye Look : A look made especially for hazel eyed beauties.
8. Aishwarya Rai Inspired Blue Eye Look : Ash looked gorgeous with blue on her eyes and so will you !
9. Smokey Eye Look for the Day : The copper color pencil ( Urban Decay - Lucky) is the best part of this look.
Love,
Indian Girl

Ooooh I love looks # 2 and 7!!
awesome! i love the collage, makes me wanna try all the looks out :)
I love 7 and 2 also! What colors did you use? And how do you know where to put your crease?
Mugdha :
Hi Babes ! Let me know how yours turns out !
Hi Zuzu !
DO try them ! Winters are great coz you can just as easily wear the dark colors during day as one can during night !!
Hi Smeegal !
If you click on the links below the picture it will take you to the post tat will give detals on the colors used. Also the crease is the natural fold in your eye - almost the part where the lid meets the rest of the face. Hope this helps :)
Gorgeous!
Thank you so much for sharing :)
Love all the looks.....just wondering what brushes you use to create them.....
