Major props to Rimmel London for making a lipstick with no scent or taste to it. My big issue with most drugstore lippies is the nauseating scent and plastic-y taste. At $6 each, the new Moisture Renew Lipsticks ares something to try with over 25 shades to choose from !

The lipsticks come with SPF 18 and are loaded with moisture. Of course moisture also means - smaller stay time and chances for feathering. They have a sheer to medium coverage.

The three shades I tried are
Summer Angel - beige frost
Fancy - pink frost
Sunset - nude brown frost.

As gorgeous as they look in the swatches, I've realized beige and pink frost are not meant for pigmented lips like mine. They'd be perfect on lighter skin tones. Sunset was my favorite and one I've worn a lot. I'd easily recommend it to girls with my kinda skin tone. The moisture has helped me with my broken lips but there was some feathering. A lil bit of the frost escaped my lips by the end of the day and ended up on my skin.

Other than that I am very happy with these lippies. I haven't tried the creamy shades but I really want to. If there is no scent, no taste and it only costs $6 - I wanna try as many shades as possible !

Love,
Indian Girl

I just bought those! In Funtime Fuschia (320), Berry Queen (400) and Electric plum (300). I love them, they look very pretty even on my srilankan lips!
