Thanks to this video by Eily, I decided I had to learn how to thread. As she mentions, the key is to keep the loop small, just enough to fit both your hand in each loop. The larger the loop, the less control you have and more finger ache. After a lot of practice I can now thread pretty well , going by my threading standards :)

You can learn it too...just watch this video and practice practice practice ! I also felt that a damp thread was easier on skin than a dry one, but that could just be me.

Indian Girl

Thanks for the link! I'm going to actually try it now by myself.

I wandered over to your blog, and I'm glad I did because this video is great! Thanks for linking it. :) I always wanted to try threading myself... and I think I just might have to do it now that I have seen this video. It looks easy enough, but I'm sure it's not THAT easy when doing it on your own eyebrows.

Hi Sindhu,
Yeah, you are right. It looks easy but your fingers start aching and then slowly its easy to lose patience ...DO let me if you come up with any tricks with the threading :)
