A few simple steps to make you love your skin , a little more ...

Have a few moisturizers at hand for different uses

Your skin does not feel the same everyday, so why use the same moisturizer on it all the time ! I usually have three to four moisturizers and use them accordingly.

Moisturizer with Salicylic Acid - for days with a few breakouts
Heavy moisturizer - for dry skin days
Light Moisturizer - for hot humid days
Night Moisturizer - for deep moisturizing cream or oil at night.

Use a toner

The main purpose of a toner is to remove any residue from the cleanser and to aid better absorption of your moisturizer. Always follow your cleanser with a toner and follower the toner with a moisturizer. It is best to apply your moisturizer when you skin is still a little damp from the toner. So don't wait until the toner drys up !

Remember to get a toner without alcohol.

Exfoliate in the shower

During a hot shower the steam opens up your pores and using an exfoliator on open pores removes the grime outta them. You will get out the shower with clean and happy pores !

Remember to keep it gentle.

Use simple face masks

You don't always have to spend a lot of money on buying complex facial masks. Use simple things like honey, milk, sugar, yogurt and let them work their natural magic on your skin.

Rec : One simple but powerful mask is to simple apply honey all over a clean face. It moisturizes and softens your skin. Use a mix of honey and sugar as am exfoliating mask for face and body.
Milk and yogurt are great for your skin too . Milk is an awesome cleanser and yogurt helps with dry skin.

Use Eye Cream

Eye cream is good not only for your mom but for you too. You don't have to use anti aging eye creams, if you don't need it. All you need is to keep your eyes hydrated. A lot of companies make eye moisturizers without any of the complex anti aging stuff, which are more than enough to keep your eyes happy.

Use it during day and night to preserve the gentle skin around your skin.

I love to use just plain chamomile tea as a toner, I make it and chill it in my fridge, then add a few drops of tea tree oil.

Very soothing and antibacterial.
