Yup...dont do this. Dont dip your brush in water and then into your pressed eyeshadow. I did that with my Loreal HIP eyeshadow in Showy and now its ruined. I have read plenty of times on various blogs about girls spraying their brush with water / mixing medium and dipping it into their shadow either to create a bold look or for using shadow as a liner. Unfortunately it ruined my shadow. I dont know if this happens only with the HIP line of shadows or with all pressed shadows. What it lead to is my shadow becoming a lump of color. When I use a dry brush the color sticks to the brush as a lump and does not transfer onto my skin. It just stays stuck to the brush :(
I guess I will have to continue using it only as a liner :(

hi why dont u leave it in the sun to dry for a couple of days? it might just return to normal.giv it a try it can only get better
The best way to do this is to load your brush with product, then spray it with water or mixing medium, that way the shadow isn't wet.
You can just use a little metal spatula or something like that and scrape off the top layer. That'll remove all the product that was wet by the water and will reveal the powder below - you can continue to use and enjoy!
In the future, you can also scrape off a bit, then use those scrapings with the wet brush to get more intense color.
