Quite a mouthful ain't it ! But don't take this for an elaborate post. This summer look is as simple as making instant Ramen noodles and you'll be done in the same three minutes !

Pink looks great on tanned skin. With the hot sun shining on us, there is no way we are not getting tanned. So, lets make the best of it and do pink this summer. I personally love pink ! If done right, it can make one look Gwyneth Paltrow pretty or even Drew Barrymore cute. Either ways its a win win and beats the crap outta just a sunscreen + moisturizer routine.

Recently I came across you two pretty Bollywood actresses - Kareena Kapoor and Neha Dhupia, both doing pink and managing to look super pretty in it. The only product you will need to look this good is the Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge. If you are a pale princess like Kareena Kapoor, try the Bobbi brown Pot Rouge in Pale Pink. If you are the golden olive beauty like Neha, go for the Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge in Raspberry. And if you are me, someone somewhere in between , go for pale pink on cheeks and raspberry on lips. The Pot Rouges are just the best thing that has happened to me this summer. I use them on my cheeks, lips and eye lids ! They are very moisturizing, apply easily but have very good color. For any of the above looks, apply the pot rouge on the apples of your cheeks using dabbing motion and on your lips. Pair it with some lash defining mascara and you'll be done. You can of course add some Sriracha like ingredients - eyeliner, bronzer etc but nothing beats the natural look of the pinks !

Will you be rocking pink this summer ? What are your favorites for this look ?

Love,
Indian Girl

These two shades are SO pretty. I'm not sure if the pale pink on kareena would suit my cheeks. I'm somewhere in between NC35 and NC40 (I keep fluctuating between these shades). Do you think the pale pink would look too garish on me? (on cheeks, I mean)

I love both these looks - Neha and Kareena. I LOVEDDD Kareena's look in Kambakkht Ishq (though I really did not like the movie). I'm a big sucker for pink lips and dark eyes.

Thanks again :-)
