This was a major project of going through the stacks of drawers and fishing out my favorite drugstore products. But then I knew them well and use them often so I am guessing I did not miss out on any. A LOT of you wrote in asking to list out my favorite products and a LOT of you requested for a list of the best drugstore products. While I haven't tried everything, I have tried plenty and this is a list of my most favorite products from the drugstore. Two major brands that I haven't tried much of as far as makeup goes are, Neutrogena and Covergirl. I have tried a lot of Neutrogena skincare products but the only thing I've tried from CG are their Wetslicks lip gloss which I don't like. If you guys have any good recommendations from these brands please list in the comments.

For the benefit of all of us, go ahead and list out all your favorite drugstore goodies in the comments. Recession or not, we love good deals and if I can pay $10, why pay $30 !

I agree that Sally Hansen makes great lip products; I also love their nail polishes too. Another great drugstore product is Revlon's Colorstay foundation because it truly stays put and doesn't rub off on your clothes.

Great recommendations! I love revlon color stay liquid liner, max factor volume couture mascara. Also ANYTHING by Sonia Kashuk at target. I have tried several items, and I have yet to be disappointed!

Big fan of lipslicks by Covergirl. Part gloss part lipstick. Try daring and hipster!

Try Neutrogena Moisture Shine Soothing Lip Sheers. They have a mint flavor. Try as many of their lip products as you can. I had a lipstick from them that had a silky feel. But I don't think they make it anymore. Also their mineral eye shadows get good reviews.

Also think about trying products from Sally's Beauty I haven't tried any makeup from there yet. Also look into Low to moderate health food store brands. I like Kiss My Face Shines and Shimmers. All shades are good. Garnet, Ruby and Topaz are my favories.

Have you tried Maybelline's Shine Seduction glossy lipcolors? I have about 5-6 of their shades... all of them rock on my nc35 skin. Try 105, 110, 130 (pinks), 520 (red), 620 (nude). You won't be disappointed.

I had the best possible haul at CVS yesterday! Two things I always go back there for are 1) Biore Dual Fusion from there Skin preservation line and 2) L'oreal Hip shine struck liquid lipcolor (reserved). The first was 50% off and the second 75% off! SCORE!! If you haven't tried either of these I would strongly recommend it. I love Biore and somehow it is the only drugstore brand of moisturizer/spf that doesn't break me out or make my face look like I have recently been swimming in the beaches of the gulf of mexico. The Hip lip color is this really pretty nude lip color. I wouldn't quite call it gloss. It is very pigmented and not sticky. <3
