How gorgeous ! Gotto try the black and white heavy eyeliner look. If you haven't tried using white/ natural color eyeliner pencil along your waterline - try it now. You can get the NYC white eyeliner pencil for $2 or so. It looks great on fair - medium skin tones. On medium to dark skin tones, try a natural/ nude color. I love Julie Hewett's Omit Eye Pencil. Its just perfect !
