If there one easy way of turning your house into a warm welcoming home , it would be to light up a few fragrant candles. Just as we use perfumes, scented candles are a beautiful inexpensive way to give your home a signature scent.

I think its a great idea to have a bunch of candles at home in different sizes. To me everything looks better with it. The bathroom, the guest room are excellent places to light one up when you have guests at home. Even a simple dinner looks fancier with a couple of candles, right ?

Recently I tried out two fragrances from Slatkin & Co - Fresh Bamboo (14.5oz) and Lilac Blossom (4 oz). Both the candles come with well fitting, rubber lined lids for better storage.

Fresh Bamboo is a blend of golden bamboo, night blooming jasmine and wild greens. Its a wonderful, clean and fresh scent that both men and women will love. It is also perfect for offices. The Lilac blossom smells of course like fresh lilacs with a hint of dewy greens. This one's a little more flowery and feminine. Both the candles give out a very good amount of fragrance that lightly envelopes the whole room and stays a long time after they have been out off.

The next time I hit Bath & Body Works , I will be picking up Sandalwood Vanilla and Clean Mist. I love the smell of Sandalwood and am intrigued to see how well it pairs with Vanilla. They have plenty of other scents that like Caramel, Nutmeg, Cappuccino, Apple, Cranberry and many more. You can check them out here.

Your home girl will be blowing off candles, in a few days too ! Four days to be precise. The only year I am sad I am older....

Love,
Indian Girl

Hi Indian Girl,

I am looking to buy slatkin in india. Do you think we can get this anywhere. I love the smell of "leaves". Bath & Body works does not deliver in India which is really sad.

My email is pagalbaccha@yahoo.com

Thanks
Shweta
