I am so excited about this product that I wrote and deleted stuff three times now. I think I am just going to go ahead say it - This is the cutest piece of lip balm I have ever owned !

The lip balms from Vintage Sister come in cute tins with sliding covers. They are about three inches in length, one inch in width and will fit snugly into your palms. I tell you, I get this happy happy feeling each time I slide the top of this tin and apply some of the balm. Its also a lot of fun to slide it open and close it with a click ! There is something about the vintage packing and the cute girl cartoons on the cover that make me smile each time I look at it. I've had these for a week now and the euphoria hasn't died down one bit.

If I got you thinking that the packaging alone was making me happy, then am sorry. That is so not the case. The product itself brings just as much joy as its pack. There are two types of lip balms Vintage Sister offers - the Lip Lickers and the Lip Indulgences. The Lip lickers include all the childhood favorite flavors like Bubble Gum., Cotton Candy, Gummy Bear while the Lip Indulgences include more mature flavors like Chardonnay, Margarita, Orange Truffle, Cosmopolitan ( yes, cosmopolitan ! ) and many many more.

The balms are excellent at moisturizing because they contain a bunch of natural ingredients like Shea Butter, Vitamin E oil, Cocoa seed butter, Sunflower seed oil. They are weightless and don't feel the least bit heavy on my lips. They taste sweet but nothing over the top - its a light taste of which ever flavor you get with a hint of sweetness. The smell again is a hint of the flavor and will not have you sniffing on it all day long. I personally have never liked any lip product that smells or tastes of anything but these ones are so lightly flavored that it actually feels good to smell / taste a hint of candy cane or cosmopolitan.

The flavors I tried are Flirtini, Cosmopolitan, Chardonnay, Candy cane and I drink alcohol like once a year or once every two years !

I am one for simple pleasures and for $3.95 each, these cuties make me super happy ! Buy your way to happiness here

EDIT: I think I played a little too much with the clicking thingy ...it stopped making that click now :( And because of that it does not close properly. I have to keep it on a flat surface or the lid slides off . Moral of the story - do not play with it.

Love,
Indian Girl

These are so cute! I just don't like lip balms where you have to dip your finger in though or else I'd get me some of those bubble gum ones, hehe :D ... yeah I'd love all the kiddy flavors lol :P

Why aren't these available in India? My heart hurts each time I see this stuff and cannot have it!
