Nubar is a company that makes a whole lot of nail and hand related products. I recently had a chance to try out their hand and body lotions in Delicious Pear and Euphoria. Now, I am not a big fan of food based scents in body lotions / shampoos . I hate when the smell is so strong that you cant think of anything else. Thankfully, the smell in these products were subtle and lasted a while. Though they are meant to be for hand and body purposes, I went ahead and used it on my face and its great! The product gets absorbed easily and leaves no oil later on. Just a good light moisturized feeling followed by scent of delicious fruity indulgence!
The best part about these products is that they are Paraben Free. Parabens are a group of controversial chemicals that are used as preservatives in shampoos and lotions. Some schools of thought believe that long term use of these chemicals could lead to cancers and some estrogenic effects. With Nubar there is one less chemical to worry about !
